The Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Moxion, you will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with key customers. You will work very closely with sales and operations leadership at the local branch level of some of our largest customers across the equipment rental industry, as well as others. Working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure seamless delivery of products and services, exceeding customer expectations. Additionally, you'll advocate for customers within the organization, providing valuable feedback to drive innovation. Pay Equity

Moxion is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. Compensation displayed is a range. Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements.  We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience.  Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change. 

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

What you'll do:

  • Help our customers deploy our products successfully across key industry verticals, achieving a high utilization rate
  • Collaborate with customer leadership teams to create strategic success plans, leveraging deep understanding of their business and technical objectives
  • Engage with key customers regularly through MBRs, QBRs and as needed, to ensure utilization goals are met
  • Partner with internal teams and executives to ensure product success and drive customer retention and expansion
  • Skills to be successful:

  • Experienced in managing accounts at the Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise level, with a proven ability to engage executive audiences effectively
  • Demonstrated track record in planning and delivering engagements, fostering collaboration across teams, and applying critical thinking
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, adept at articulating business value to diverse stakeholders
  • Capable of understanding business requirements and guiding customers with best practices. 
  • Skilled in leadership, collaboration, and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with technology deployment applications and Enterprise architecture, with analytical prowess to derive insights from data
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to both collaborative and independent work environments
