The Job
Omnidian is looking for a Compliance Program Manager to lead large-scale, multi-jurisdictional compliance initiatives that enable our cleantech business to operate seamlessly across diverse regulatory landscapes. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced compliance professional who thrives on complex, cross-state regulatory challenges and enjoys building scalable compliance frameworks from the ground up. Reporting to our Director of Legal Operations, you will own end-to-end compliance programs, partnering closely with business teams to ensure regulatory adherence while supporting our rapidly expanding operations. What You'll Do

Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:Multi-State Regulatory Compliance (50%)Own comprehensive compliance programs across 35+ states for general contractor licensing, service provider registrations, and operational permitsLead regulatory research, application processes, and ongoing compliance maintenance for state-specific requirementsDevelop and maintain compliance matrices, tracking systems, and renewal calendars across all jurisdictionsInterface directly with state regulatory agencies, licensing boards, and enforcement bodiesCoordinate with external counsel and consultants on complex regulatory mattersCompliance Program Development & Management (30%)Design and implement scalable compliance frameworks that support business expansion into new marketsCreate comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and training materials for cross-functional teamsEstablish compliance monitoring systems and KPIs to track program effectivenessLead compliance audits and remediation efforts when issues are identifiedDevelop risk assessment protocols for new business initiatives and market entriesCross-Functional Collaboration & Training (15%)Partner with business development, operations, and customer success teams on compliance requirements for new marketsProvide compliance guidance and training to field operations teams on state-specific requirementsCollaborate with finance and accounting on compliance-related reporting and documentationSupport sales and marketing teams with regulatory disclosures and compliance representationsStrategic Analysis & Reporting (5%)Monitor regulatory trends and emerging requirements across target marketsPrepare executive-level compliance reports and risk assessmentsSupport strategic planning initiatives with regulatory feasibility analysisMaintain relationships with industry associations and regulatory bodiesWho You Are

At least 5 years of compliance experience, preferably in regulated industries or multi-state operationsDemonstrated success managing large-scale compliance programs across multiple jurisdictionsExperience with contractor licensing, professional services regulations, or similar state-level compliance requirementsStrong analytical and organizational skills with experience creating compliance tracking systems and reportingWork-Life and Culture
