What we're looking for
We're looking for a buyer who will work closely with our R&D office in Istanbul.
What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for creating, issuing, and tracking purchase orders to component suppliers, and outside service vendors.

Demonstrate proactive problem-solving by identifying potential material shortages, conducting risk assessments, and communicating these risks to stakeholders in a timely manner

Arrange for supplier deliveries and assist with receiving of items

Prepare and collect Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposal (RFP) from vendors. Review responses to determine the best fit for company needs.

Evaluate vendor quotes and services to determine compatibility with company objectives

Negotiate pricing and keep material pricing lists updated
What’s Required

Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills (English and Turkish)

4+ years of purchasing / supply chain experience
-
Proficiency with GSuite tools.

Familiarity with ERP system

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
