We’re looking for a Business Analyst with data experience to be customer-facing and part of a new team: Charge Point Migrations. You should be excited by the prospect of working in a new team and creating new playbooks and ways of working. 

Details, processes, and communication are key to this role. You will take ownership and work with customers from the initial scoping to go-live. Your first focus is requirements gathering and data mapping, but you won't hesitate to challenge the customer and brainstorm on ways they could improve their value proposition. When the go-live date is getting close, you will keep an eye on the testing to make sure everything works like it should.

You like to contribute based on your expertise and you are eager to learn more about specialized platforms and EV charging. You combine this with understanding the customer journeys of EV drivers, installers, fleet managers and location owners. You like to work in start-ups and innovation departments where delivering a successful migration is part of customer onboarding and activation. This role can be in Copenhagen or London. 

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage and manipulate data sets for migration from one system to another
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Solution Architects to understand client requirements while preparing and delivering data migration projects successfully 
• Continuously monitor and evaluate data migration processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Take ownership of non-technical aspects of migration (changing sim cards, QR stickers, user access)
• Document and implement best practices and streamline processes
• Support sales processes aimed at acquiring new Charge Point Migration deals to meet billability targets
• Prepare materials for customer meetings to discuss project goals and progress

What you will need to bring to the role:

• 3+ years in IT project management or business / data analytics; preferably in a consulting company
• An interest and basic understanding of IT systems, network, and computer software
• Data literacy is a huge plus (SQL, Python, Excel); understanding of data migration methodologies, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data integration patterns
• Problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform analyses independently & deal with new issues in dynamic work environments
• Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and powerful manner
• Stakeholder management, preferably in B2B environment with enterprise customers 
• Strong client facing and communication skills (including documentation and slides)
• Must have excellent English communication skills. Other foreign EU languages e.g. German, French, Danish, Italian would be a strong asset
