What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a results driven team member who wants to contribute to the people function through the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs in alignment with company strategy, including vendor management, policy administration, employee communication and training, and benefits enrollment.
- Administer operations of health and welfare plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, life insurance, disability insurance, and retirement for all US locations.
- Oversee ongoing benefit enrollment/terminations ensuring accurate and timely benefit administration to include claims resolution, enrollment change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
- Serve as the escalation point for employee questions and vendor issues to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous resolution.
- Vendor management, assist in managing relations, contracts, and selection process of vendors
- Serve as Workday Benefit Administrator (security level role)- maintain Workday set-up, make changes/updates as needed.
- Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files and work with payroll to manage benefit deductions. Investigate discrepancies and provide information to the team and/or vendor as needed to resolve.
- Assist during Open Enrollment (plan changes, Workday updates, election processing, reporting, and communication) and implementations as needed.
- Support reporting and plan compliance which includes ACA, Nondiscrimination Testing, miscellaneous state/city reporting requirements, annual plan audits.
- Manage the US 401(k) and HSA program to include payroll funding, employee resolution, and auditing contributions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee benefit policies and procedures and make recommendations based on center of excellence
- Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefit processes.
- Maintain employee communications on our intranet.
- Work on projects that may be assigned ad hoc and assist other corporate initiatives as necessary.
What You Need:
- 3+ years of experience in a benefits related role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday
- Prior experience in Aerospace industry

At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $90,000 - $110,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
