Role Description
Form’s game-changing iron air technology has generated a huge amount of customer interest, and we are looking for a passionate account manager to help shepherd these customers through our sales process while continuing to feed early-stage leads into our pipeline. In this role, you will report to our Senior Business Development Manager, enjoying a high degree of autonomy as you own accounts and take them from initial qualification to contract signing. As part of our growing Commercial Operations team, you will interface with the product management, finance, analytics, and project engineering teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests, provide customer feedback to improve our product, and help us improve our sales process and commercial decision-making. What You'll Do:

  • Nurture utilities, commercial and industrial offtakers, and development partners from initial outreach or inbound request through to contract signing
  • Increase our pipeline through outbound efforts such as conferences and your personal connections where possible
  • Prioritize customers using our qualification criteria and your commercial intuition
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to fulfill customer requests in a timely manner
  • Provide pricing guidance for RFP responses
  • What You'll Bring:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Collaborative mindset to interface with various teams and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage an active sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, presentation, and presence)
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
  • High degree of professionalism to represent Form in private meetings and public events
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Contagious enthusiasm for our mission
  • Ideally 5-7 years of experience managing accounts in the power industry and existing utility or enterprise relationships
  • Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in related field a plus
