About the Role:
Crusoe is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and growth-minded Workplace Manager to lead our growing Bellevue office. This highly hands-on role will oversee day-to-day office operations, support expansion efforts, and deliver an exceptional, engaging workplace experience for a scaling employee population. Partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in building strong operational foundations while shaping the office into a dynamic, well-run workplace hub. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring strong operational judgment, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
This is a full-time, in-office role requiring five days per week on-site presence across the Bellevue office.
What You'll Be Working On:
Workplace Operations Management: Oversee daily workplace operations for the Bellevue office, ensuring smooth functionality, high service standards, and a consistently positive employee experience as the site scales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People, IT, Security, Finance, and other business leaders to support onboarding, headcount planning, workplace technology, and operational alignment across the Bellevue site.
Vendor & Facilities Management: Lead relationships with landlords, building management, and third-party vendors. Oversee janitorial, food and beverage, facilities, and event vendors to ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Office Expansion & Space Planning: Support office expansions and space planning.
Budget Ownership: Manage the Bellevue workplace budget and identify opportunities to optimize operational costs while maintaining high standards.
Visitor Experience: Oversee the end-to-end visitor experience by managing front-of-house operations, visitor management platform, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless, secure, and professional arrival-to-departure journey aligned with organizational standards and brand.
New Hire Experience & Onboarding Support: Own the Bellevue office’s workplace onboarding experience by ensuring workspace setup, access coordination, and first day in office logistics are thoughtfully executed.
Event and Program Management: Plan and execute Bellevue-based employee events and workplace programs aligned with company-wide strategies and focused on team connection and engagement.
Food and Beverage Program Oversight: Manage food and beverage programming for the Bellevue office, including daily meals and snack programs, with ownership of budgets and vendors.
Process & Program Development: Design and implement scalable workplace policies, documentation, and operational workflows.
Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for building-related issues and emergencies, including after-hours response when needed.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
5+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or office operations roles within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
Demonstrated experience owning day-to-day office operations and supporting office growth or expansion initiatives.
Strong vendor management and facilities oversight experience.
Experience managing budgets and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through.
Comfortable operating autonomously and making sound decisions in a dynamic environment.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $86,000 - $105,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
