Your Role

As a Working Student in Market Intelligence, you will support our International Expansion and Commercial teams by building and maintaining a scalable market intelligence framework.

You combine a commercial and economics interest with a data-driven mindset, and you enjoy creating clarity in complex, fast-changing environments.

How You Make an Impact

You build out and maintain our internal market intelligence framework, including:

  • regular scouting of market developments and trends across relevant countries
  • deep-dives into country regulations and market drivers
  • structured market monitoring of the industry landscape (e.g., relevant players, initiatives, partnerships, news)
  • smart utilisation of internal knowledge (e.g., learnings from Sales, Customer Success, Product)
  • You keep our internal databases that support the market intelligence framework up to date and continuously improve data quality (structure, completeness, consistency)

  • You enhance the market intelligence/analytics framework by contributing toprocess automation and by incorporating additional input sources (where useful and feasible)

  • You support the team with structured research deliverables (e.g., market snapshots, short briefs, summaries for decision-making) and maintain clear documentation

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (e.g., business, economics, industrial engineering, data/analytics, political science, or a comparable field)

  • You have a strong interest in markets, regulation, and commercial strategy — and you like combining this with a data-driven mindset

  • You work in an organised and structured way and can balance attention to detail with making pragmatic, high-level assumptions when needed

  • You are familiar and confident in using AI tools and automation approaches to improve research and documentation workflows

  • Communicating in English is no problem for you; German and/or additional European languages are a plus
