Zoox is seeking a Workday Integration & PRISM Technical Analyst to join our team. This position will play a key role in standing up our Workday PRISM instance and integrating data across multiple People Experience systems. This role is critical in helping to enable our organization to drive strategic, data driven decisions about our workforce. In addition, this role will help maintain general inbound and outbound integrations within our Workday instance.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy data integrations and reporting solutions, bringing together complex datasets to power and actionable insights across Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and other key business areas.

In This Role, You Will...
Serve as the technical lead for implementing and managing Workday PRISM, including data ingestion and modelingDesign and develop integrations using Workday Studio and other Workday integration tools (EIBs, RaaS, Standard Templates, etc)Partner with Human Resources to identify reporting needs and build scalable dashboards and reportsServe as the primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition reporting and analytic requestsLeverage ELT expertise to structure and transform data within PRISM for optimal reporting performanceDeliver insightful analytics that support business decisions across the employee lifecycleTroubleshoot integration and functional configuration issuesQualifications
4+ years of experience working with Workday Integrations and Workday PRISMProficiency in building and deploying integrations using Workday StudioHands-on experience with data modeling and ELT processes within Workday PRISMWorkday Integration experience (RaaS, Studio, etc)Experience with Workday Discovery Boards and Workday Advanced, Composite, and Matrix reportsExperience driving insights related to People/Human Resources and/or Talent AcquisitionStrong data and analytics background with the ability to translate business questions into actionable reports and dashboardsExperience working with cross functional stakeholdersStrong attention to detail with the ability to create and maintain clear documentationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalBonus Qualifications
