Technical Recruiter - Contract

Zoox is transforming mobility-as-a-service by developing a fully autonomous, purpose-built fleet designed for AI to drive and humans to enjoy.

Zoox’s growing Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help shape, build, and scale our organization. You will join our high-performing recruiting team and manage a diverse set of roles which could include positions within artificial intelligence, software, robotics, or vehicle engineering. You will work closely with hiring managers and be given ownership of the entire recruiting process including qualifying requirements, sourcing, recruiting, and closing world-class engineering talent. 

This position requires an uncommon balance of teamwork, dedication, and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to act as an ambassador of the brand and deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. Most importantly, you must have a genuine passion for Zoox’s mission.  Please note that while this opportunity will start as a contract, there will be an opportunity to go full time in the future.

This hybrid role entails working in the office three days per week in our Foster City office (HQ). 

This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $55 to $85 per hour and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.

Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
