Reports To

• End to end recruitment providing excellent candidate experience and hiring manager/interviewer experience.
• Be data focussed, and utilise learnings from data for hiring.
• Partner to develop a diverse candidate pipeline
• Meet with hiring managers to identify the key attributes and experiences to make a successful hire
• Build out detailed projects on LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Craft eye catching messaging that the top talent interested
• Attend weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers to discuss progress and update on what the market is showing

• Bachelor’s Degree or related field
• 2+ years’ technical sourcing/recruiting expertise
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Expertise recruiting for technical roles, sales, and operations
• Gritty, resourceful approach to find the right candidate
• Prompt and organised.
• Self motivated person.
