About the company:

Climatiq is a carbon intelligence platform that enables companies to calculate, manage, and act on their greenhouse gas emissions data. The company provides tools for computing product carbon footprints (PCFs), managing emission factors, and embedding carbon intelligence into software products via an API. Its platform is designed to serve both manufacturers seeking to respond to customer and regulatory demands for carbon data, and developers who want to integrate emissions calculation capabilities into their own applications. Climatiq's offerings include PCF Studio, Data Studio, and an API Toolkit, all underpinned by scientifically vetted emission factor datasets such as ecoinvent and WRAP. Climatiq's mission centers on making credible, reliable carbon accounting accessible and scalable for businesses across supply chains and product lifecycles. The platform applies ISO 14067 and GHG Protocol certified methodology, ensuring that carbon footprint calculations meet internationally recognized standards. A custom AI-powered Mapping Agent accelerates the matching of emission factors to materials and processes, reducing the time and complexity traditionally associated with lifecycle assessment and PCF calculations. What sets Climatiq apart is its combination of trusted scientific data, certified methodology, and developer-friendly tooling, allowing organizations to move from fragmented spreadsheets and expensive consultants to automated, auditable carbon intelligence. The company positions itself as a foundational infrastructure layer for the emerging market of product-level carbon transparency, supporting use cases ranging from supplier engagement to RFP responses and Scope 3 emissions reporting.

  • Coaching & Enablement: Spend significant time coaching and developing our AEs and BDRs. Run weekly call reviews, pipeline inspections, and roleplay sessions to elevate a smart but self-taught team.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and their use cases to help the team win deals. This covers both more technical API-based products and our SaaS solutions.

  • Use your prior sales experience to partner with the founders to strategise, negotiate, and close our largest, most complex enterprise and strategic deals.

  • Analyse sales data for insights and improvements, prepare forecasts and KPI reports and ensure we have the right tooling in place.

  • 4+ years in full-cycle inbound and/or outbound sales, ideally across both BDR/SDR and AE roles.
