Phlair is progressing through a staged scale-up roadmap, with its Electra 01 pilot capturing 10 tCO2 per year in Germany in early 2025, followed by the Electra 02 system targeting up to 20 tCO2 per year in Canada by late 2025, and a larger Dawn project planned for 15,000+ tCO2 per year by 2030 and beyond. Your Mission at Phlair

Own Finance end-to-end.

• Own Corporate Finance, i.e. oversee accounting, own financial planning (Financial Model, Corporate Model)

• Take over more strategic and project related topics, gradually take over ownership on Techno-Economic-Model and Project Model

• Explore debt financing and support with equity fundraising and investor relations

What You Bring to the Team

Non-negotiable:

• STEM with experience in finance or business with experience in technical environment

• Minimum of 2 years working experience; prior exposure to PE, top-tier consulting, or a fast-paced startup setting is a strong plus.
