We have ambitious growth goals in front of us, and to get there, we need a seasoned Technical TA Partner to join our TA team. You will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and engaging a world-class and diverse team of engineers and specialists, and your expertise will contribute significantly to our success and hyper growth. You will be reporting to our Head of TA alongside our Commercial TA Specialist, as well as 4-5 new TA additions coming in 2024! You will work in tandem with the broader People & Culture team to support key projects and priorities designed to evolve and strengthen our company culture and people experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish trust with hiring managers to influence hiring strategy and priorities while executing on hiring deliverables
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to comprehend staffing needs, objectives and help define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source top-tier candidates 
  • Conduct thorough technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural add
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and hand over to the People Ops team for onboarding
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience 
  • Drive initiatives to support Monta’s diversity hiring efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions 
  • Use data to identify opportunities and drive enhancements to our talent brand, talent acquisition processes, and candidate experience

Requirements

  • A proven track record of sourcing and hiring international top tech talent in a complex and challenging environment to tight deadlines
  • High-volume recruiting experience for hard-to-fill roles through the entire life cycle
  • Familiarity with various tech stacks and speaking “tech” 
  • Experience building trusted relationships with key stakeholders; adopting a sense of urgency with candidate management in order to meet hiring managers’ needs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Startup mindset and work ethic that embodies Monta’s core values
