We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with broad functional experience from a high-growth tech company and expertise in commercial recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Our new Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in attracting a diverse pool of talent in alignment with Monta's core values. This role will be responsible for managing our full-cycle recruitment and talent strategy, as well as delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Reporting to the VP, People and Culture this role will work in tandem with the People and Culture team to support key projects and priorities designed to evolve and strengthen company culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead candidate search and engagement across all functions and locations - Supporting our commercial org.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance, all while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
• Collaborate with the People Operations team, leadership team, and hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs while assessing priorities and ensuring alignment
• Create sourcing strategies that enable strong candidate pipelines for current and future positions
• Manage and implement talent acquisition process improvement
• Manage partnerships and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
• Champion DEI&B hiring initiatives in partnership with our People & Culture team

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years’ in full-cycle tech recruiting and sourcing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, TA partner, TA lead (as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• You have great verbal and written communication skills in English and great interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for tech roles across multiple locations
• You are able to work independently while also being a collaborative, team player
• You know how to project manage and plan your day, and you have attention to detail
• Experience building trusted relationships with key stakeholders; adopting a sense of urgency with candidate management in order to meet hiring managers’ needs
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Proficiency with talent management systems
