We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Recruitment Coordination and University Recruiting efforts in North America. This role will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and play a pivotal role in supporting the hiring process across all functions within our innovative organization. Our TA teams achieve results by being collaborative, adjusting to ambiguity, excelling against aggressive timelines, and responding to the needs of the business.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $131,000 to $180,000 on an annual basis

You Will:

Build an exceptional team that addresses current and future needs to ensure hiring goals are continually met. Provide leadership, training and mentoring to the TA team to ensure their success as individuals and as a team. Develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract, land, and retain applicable talent at all levels of the organization. Build expertise in the recruiting process and tracking of applicable data in your team and client groups for high quality results. Identify opportunities and drive improvements to the TA processes that create an exceptional candidate experience. Build credibility and trust among leadership, employees, candidates and external resources through a systematic approach, clear documentation, communications, and follow-through. Actively collaborate with cross functional team members. You Bring:
8+ years’ TA experience that includes 2+ years as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Experience in recruiting in an inhouse capacity. Successful TA leadership experience, with proven success in linking TA strategies and processes to the business while meeting hiring goals. TA process development and improvement experience based on trackable data, repeatable steps and utilizing an advanced applicant tracking system. Leadership experience mentoring and managing recruiters to be successful as a team. Experience working in complex organizations partnering closely with executives, line management and cross-geographical teams. Comfort around higher management. Successful experience working in a changing environment with limited structure. Proven planning and execution skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work through ambiguity. Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to work and support in multiple time zones across NA.
