Elicit, analyze, specify, validate, and document the stated and implicit logistics needs of our
supply chain. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Procurement team to
define business and system logistics processes. Develop logistics workflows, visual dashboards,
KPI’s, Objective and Key Results (OKR’s), and written requirements to facilitate supply chain
improvements and enhancements to both logistics system and processes.
Duties include:
1. Discover, build, and establish logistics processes, and gather business requirements for
supply chain system enhancements and integrations in collaboration with supply chain
and business stakeholders;
2. Configure Oracle Cloud products and other supply chain systems to support the
implementation and subsequent logistics process optimization efforts;
3. Test logistics system changes and analyze data flows for process improvement
opportunities in conjunction with business stakeholders;
4. Maintain data hygiene and integrity for supply chain systems, including Oracle Cloud
and other auxiliary systems;
5. Develop the supply chain analytics platform;
6. Provide appropriate logistics tools, visual dashboards, OKR and KPI tracking, as well as
recommendations for enhancements and supply chain risk mitigations.
May telecommute from any US location.
Position Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Supply Chain Engineering, or
a closely related field followed by 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in a logistics analyst-related occupation.
Experience must include the following, which may have been gained concurrently:
1) 5 years of experience integrating ERP, MRP, and other supply chain systems;
2) 5 years of experience writing custom reports with tools, including Oracle Business
Intelligence (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI);
3) 4 years of experience implementing, enhancing, deploying, and supporting Oracle Cloud
Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications, including supply chain execution,
product information, financials, manufacturing modules, and demand planning modules;
4) 4 years of experience in process mapping, data gathering and analysis, and dashboard
development to support process improvement initiatives;
5) 4 years of experience with supply chain strategy, demand planning, and ERP systems;
6) 2 years of experience with integration tools, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or
other middleware.
