Your key Focus:
Manage supplier selection, assessment, qualification, audit programs and the overall fulfillment of Carbon Clean’ s supplier quality requirements, in line with the company requirements and certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), including:
- The preparation and execution of supplier audit plans and the conduction of supplier audits
- The coordination of Supply Chain risk assessments
- The development and implementation of Quality Control plans for goods and equipment, and the ensuring of adherence to inspection and test plans, standards and acceptance criteria.
- The management of root cause analysis and corrective action plans against non-conformances raised during supplier audits or production activities
- The analysis of supplier quality data and the definition of improvements
Requirements
Is this the job for me? (emphasis on characteristics, competencies and technical prerequisites)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation or management of Supplier Quality Management Systems
- ISO 9001 auditor qualification
- Preferably auditor qualification or experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements
- Knowledge of manufacturing and inspection processes
- Experience with problem solving tools and their applications, such as 8D, Ishikawa diagram, and 5-Whys.
- Must be proactive, good communicator, and able to gain credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Able to work well in teams, take the lead, when necessary, as well as work autonomously.
- Strong motivation to help build and shape the organization, structures, and processes in close collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
- Willingness to travel on demand for 30/40 % of the time within EU as well as worldwide for supplier visits, assessments, and audits.
