The Role

As our Strategic Partnerships Associate you will be the backbone supporting the Revenue team as we build deep relationships with our strategic customers and partners. As we expand to new markets and industries you will be researching and developing strategies on how we can collaborate with customers whether in the form of pilots, programs, or partnerships. As we gain customers, you will ensure that their experience with our product is nothing short of smooth and seamless. Many of these interactions will be the beginning of long term strategic partnerships, and you will be a critical piece of building those relationships.

Pay Equity

Moxion is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. Compensation displayed is a range. Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements.  We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience.  Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change. 

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct new customer research (sustainability plans, value proposition) 
  • Manage and cultivate the relationships with customer stakeholders 
  • Organize and manage communication across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate debrief sessions and coordinate follow ups internally and externally
  • Develop strategy decks for executive-level decisions on partnership programs 
  • Work with customers to understand technical needs and challenges, use understanding of the product to unblock and increase adoption rates
  • Skills to be successful:

  • Ability to develop models that align with current customer segments, deliver customer value and scale with growth projections
  • Ability to synthesize reports and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
  • A strong customer advocate with the ability and willingness to engage directly with customers
  • Ability to learn complex technical specifications and requirements and speak eloquently about them
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration
  • Self-starter and problem solver with the ability to organize and juggle many small details
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Applications, including Gmail, Google Drive and managing multiple Google calendars (and not afraid of getting hands dirty learning new tools)
  • Ability to travel 25-35% of the time
  • Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge or expertise energy, electrification, EV industry, or construction
  • Knowledge of sustainability commitments and ESG reporting
  • Experience in Consulting and Building out Go-To-Market strategies
