As our Strategic Business Development & Channel Partnerships Manager in our sales team in Copenhagen you will play a crucial role in driving our growth through strategic partnerships. You'll lead pre-sales and post-sales initiatives and actively contribute to our presence in the EV ecosystem.

(Some of the things) you will be working on:
- Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and manage relationships with key players across technology, hardware, service, and other verticals in the EV industry, focusing on comprehensive partnership programs.
- Pre-Sales Pipeline & Revenue: Proactively identify and engage potential partners & channel strategies to generate consistent Sales Qualified Leads & revenue opportunities.
- Post-Sales Partnership Programs: Create and manage incentive-based partner programs to drive additional revenue streams for Monta and enhance partner performance.
- Revenue Growth Initiatives: Implement resale strategies, providing support and guidance on Monta's products and solutions to enhance partner selling capabilities.
- Market Expansion and Community Involvement: Actively involve yourself in the e-Mobility ecosystem, enhancing Monta's reputation and influence. Contribute to strategy discussions and expand our market presence through active community involvement.
- Strategic Contribution: Play a key role in company strategy meetings, bringing insights from industry events and partnerships to inform Monta's growth strategies.
- Alignment with Product and Marketing Teams: Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams. Leverage partnerships in APIs, hardware integrations, and Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. Be critical in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that align with Monta's product innovations and marketing strategies. Work adeptly with product teams to incubate ideas, deliver initial proof of concepts, and transform innovative ideas into scalable business opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in Channel Management, Business Development, and/or Partnerships: Minimum of 3-5 years, with a proven ability to handle partnership development and complex strategies in a global capacity.
- Communication and Networking: Strong skills in communication, networking, and building interpersonal relationships.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in EVSE, EV, CPO, EMSP, Utilities, or Energy sectors preferred. Demonstrated track record of entering new industries and developing strong programs is highly valued.
- Startup and High-Growth Experience: Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preference for candidates with demonstrated success in startup settings. Must be adept at navigating the unique challenges and dynamic changes typical of rapidly scaling businesses.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and strong problem-solving skills.
