Staff PLM Solution Engineer- CAA Developer

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with business and technical product owners from Manufacturing, Service, Remanufacturing and other cross functional teams to understand and document business requirements impacting the stakeholders as part of product enhancement.
Participate in ongoing technical support efforts focusing on the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM Platform
Identify dependencies with other teams and plan accordingly
Conduct fit-gap sessions to define technical solutions to address the functional gaps. Present multiple feasible options for Rivian to choose.
Participate in Scrum calls and provide regular updates to stakeholders on execution and highlight risks and mitigation plan
Support release planning, effort estimation and help in prioritization
Plan, design, document high level design and implement solutions that exceed business expectations
Lead coordination with vendor teams for solution design
Demonstrate the product increment to stakeholders
Recommend best practices for design and development of CAA applications for efficient solutions
Identify areas of performance bottlenecks and provide solutions
Excellent in Problem solving with strong desire to learn/grow and collaborate.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience primarily in 3DEXPERIENCE, preferably in 2018x and above.

Good functional knowledge on VPM Configuration Management and DELMIA apps like Manufactured Item Definition, Planning Structure and others
Experience in development and customization of CATIA V6/DELMIA using CAA, EKL, webservices
Experience in Visual Studio or any other IDE for C++ development
Hands-on experience in GUI development using CAA
Experience in C++, data structures, OOPS concepts, memory management
Experience in Software Configuration Management concepts and tools like GitHub, GitLab, etc.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Good functional knowledge in various 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA apps and its processes like Variant Management, Document Management, Engineering BOM, Change Management, Classify and Reuse is a plus
Knowledge in other PLM tools like Teamcenter is an added advantage

Knowledge in Agile Scrum ceremonies and execution
