  • Ensure all Ignition and BMS/EPMS implementations comply with industry standards, cybersecurity best practices, and Crusoe’s sustainability goals

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s or relevant certifications a plus)

  • Hands-on professional experience with Inductive Automation Ignition (Designer, Perspective, Vision, scripting, SQL integration, reporting)

  • Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable automation projects and custom UIs in a production environment

  • Background in BMS/EPMS, SCADA, or ICS systems, ideally in data center or other mission-critical facilities

  • Familiarity with control protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT, and integrating diverse building systems into a unified platform

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, PLC/DDC logic, and industrial automation concepts

  • Demonstrated ability to translate operational needs into intuitive UI/UX solutions for non-technical users

  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with engineers, contractors, and leadership stakeholders
