We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join our Natick IT department. You will provide outstanding customer service, fulfilling requests, and resolving Incidents for computer hardware and software applications. All work you conduct will be within regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. You will be 100% onsite at our Natick, MA office. You will report to the Manager, IT Support.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer service activities desk-side with individual users or over remote access software
  • Support enterprise and laboratory computer systems
  • Thoroughly document work in a ticketing system EH2 standards
  • Conduct technology training for end-users
  • Set up desks with appropriate technology
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Arrange repairs with external vendors
  • Support conference room technology and assist with meeting setups
  • Help patch devices
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Complete all activities following approved SOPs and IT guidelines
  • Responsible for additional tasks as assigned IT management
  • Must work onsite in compliance with EH2 Health & Safety protocols

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working in a technical computing environment
  • Proven technology troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting Windows and MacOS
  • Experience troubleshooting Office365 and Exchange
  • 1+ years of experience communicating ways to solve technical issues to non-technical personnel

$59,500$79,900 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​

Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package. We feel strongly that our team should not have to worry about having quality healthcare. In addition to the base salary offered, the hired applicant may receive:​
