The Sr. Network Strategy Specialist will play a critical role in shaping and driving Lucid Motors’ network expansion strategy across Europe. Reporting to the Manager Network Planning, this role will lead strategic planning work streams and serve as a key interface across cross-functional teams, supporting executive decision-making through insightful analysis, market intelligence, and structured program coordination.

As a senior member of the Network & Business Development team, this role will lead the development of network coverage strategies, prioritize market opportunities, guide partner selection criteria, and manage alignment across commercial, aftersales, and retail functions. The role requires a high level of initiative, business acumen, and ability to operate across functions in a fast-paced growth environment.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Network Planning

  • Lead the execution of coverage studies and geographic planning across multiple European markets
  • Design and maintain advanced planning models and dashboards to track progress against KPIs
  • Provide scenario analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Project & Program Management

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and represent the network function in strategic projects
  • Manage critical milestones, interdependencies, and reporting for the network workstreams
  • Support budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination as required

Market & Partner Strategy

  • Oversee market intelligence gathering and analysis to inform network prioritization
  • Evaluate prospective partners with structured business case inputs and benchmarking
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to support regional entry plans and partner readiness

Executive Reporting & Governance

  • Develop executive-ready reporting packs, board updates, and strategic communication
  • Act as the point of contact for the Network Planning Manager in senior forums
  • Drive consistency and rigor across planning documentation and review cycles

 

Key Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, commercial planning, or network development
  • Prior experience in the automotive, mobility, retail, or infrastructure sectors preferred
  • Exposure to international or multi-market environments is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; experience with market modeling and decision frameworks
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally tools such as Power BI, GIS or Tableau
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior levels
  • Capable project leader with ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
  • Strategic mindset with commercial awareness
  • Proactive, self-driven, and accountable for results
  • Team-oriented with a passion for innovation and sustainable mobility
