The Senior Manager of Executive Compensation is responsible for creating and operating successful Executive compensation programs for Lucid Motors. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, this position will lead the Executive Compensation function and be accountable for the leadership and oversight of executive compensation programs globally. You should have experience developing and launching cash compensation programs, including responsibilities for pay equity, training, and influencing stakeholders. You should have outstanding partnerships with other HR partners, Talent Acquisition partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders towards rolling out and sustaining successful compensation programs. You will also need the ability to measure and manage compensation analytics to get things done. Ultimately, you will serve as the senior leader of Lucid’s Compensation function for a high-growth, dynamic organization.
