Position: Sr. Applications Developer (NetSuite)

Location: Remote (North America) 

We are looking for a Sr. Applications Developer (NetSuite) who will be responsible for production support for our NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This role will report into IT Business Systems team. This role will help positively impact our sales, finance, supply chain, IT & other key business functions with smart, forward-looking solutions and operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities:  

• Primary techno functional person for NetSuite production support  
• Ensure that production issues are resolved in timely manner and system is stable 
• Work directly with business users to understand issues and enhancement requests and work on end-to-end completion on such production tickets 
• Ability to adopt to change in dynamic startup environment 
• Effectively support P2P, Order to cash highly customized solutions 
• Participate on large NetSuite projects as on needed basis 
• Prepare solution design documents, data flow diagrams, test cases etc. as needed 

Physical Demands:   

• Job will involve mostly office and computer-based work 
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers 
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing 
• Communicating with others to exchange information 

Qualifications and Experience: 

• 6+ years of current experience supporting NetSuite production is a MUST 
• MUST be able to actively engage with business user, understand their needs & deliver solutions 
• MUST have NetSuite Procure to Pay, Order to cash process, configuration knowledge 
• Strong hands on experience with NetSuite scripting, saved Searches, reports, workflows & other technical aspects is a MUST 
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills is a MUST 
• Knowledge of IT SDLC and SOX methodologies is MUST to ensure that change management protocols are strictly followed 
• Ability to work as part of IT team with clear verbal and written communication 
• Proficiency with MS Office is a MUST (Excel, Word, Visio) 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, and Information Systems is preferred

Hiring Compensation Range: $119,638 - $149,548

All remote positions and those not located in our Berkeley, Hayward or Boston locations are paid based on National Benchmark data.  Following employment, growth beyond the hiring range is possible based on performance.
