Deine Aufgaben
- Sie führen die Just-in-Time-Logistik von Materialien und Ausrüstungen zwischen Lieferanten, Produktionsstandorten und Projektstandorten durch
- Planen, Ausführen und Überwachen von Versandaktivitäten zur Einhaltung von Termintreue und Finanzkennzahlen
- Koordinierung von Zollabfertigungsprozessen zwischen den zahlreichen beteiligten Parteien
- Nutzung der erforderlichen Planungs- und Prognosetools zur Vereinfachung der gesamten Logistikprozesse und zur Kommunikation mit Logistikdienstleistern
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fluence-Teams als regionaler Fachexperte für bewährte Verfahren in der operativen Logistik
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain Operations, Beschaffung, Projektmanagement, Vertrieb, Finanzen und anderen Teams, um die Fluence-Strategie so umzusetzen, dass die Kundenergebnisse maximiert werden.
- Einbindung, Förderung und Unterstützung von Projekten zur Kostenreduzierung, Verbesserung von Logistikprozessen und anderen Geschäftsinitiativen
- Durchführung von Logistikprozessen für den Versand von Gefahrgütern, einschließlich Sicherheit und Qualität, in Zusammenarbeit mit Spediteuren und Frachtführern.
- Unterstützung der regionalen Warehousing-Strategie
Deine Fähigkeiten
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, Erfahrung in der Projektlogistik ist ein Plus
- Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Gefahrgutabwicklung und -verschiffung
- Erfahrung und Kenntnisse auf dem EMEA-Logistikmarkt
- Selbstmotiviert; in der Lage, sowohl eigenständig Aufgaben zu erledigen und auf Anfragen zu reagieren als auch mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten, um Ressourcen und Wissen anderer zu nutzen
