What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Special Projects Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across supply chain, production, engineering, test, and people operations. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach to guarantee that facilities and operations never impede critical path goals. You will take ownership of projects from their inception through completion, reporting directly to the Special Projects Manager.
You Will:
- Manage key facility and operation-related projects, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with vendors across various trades to ensure smooth project execution
- Demonstrate proven time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines
- Foster a collaborative work environment by communicating and collaborating with a cross-functional teams
- Conduct regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
- Proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience providing high-quality project management support for all levels of an organization
- Ability to solve problems under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
The pay range for this position is $95-120K. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
