What You Will Be Doing
- Perform IT General Controls (ITGC) or General Computer Controls (GCC) Testing - Access Management, Change Management, SDLC (Program Development), Computer Operations
- Prepare and document the Test of Design, Test of Operating Effectiveness
- Responsible to Test and Validate the SOC1 and Key Report
- Participate in Walk-Through, IT Scoping Calls
- Participate in regular meetings with the Security Manager, IA Partner, and External Auditors to discuss updates on testing/Audit progress
- Communicate the identified deficiencies with management
- Prepare and assist in the remediation plan
- Addressing control testing inquiries from various stakeholder(s)
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Technical expertise and program management for the continued monitoring, assessment and improvement of key business processes and internal controls impacting the company’s financial reporting process
- Play a key role in further developing an efficient and sustainable SOX Program as the company continues to grow and evolve
- Skill set, years of experience, enthusiasm, positive outlook, and excellent work ethics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a natural desire to create and strengthen relationships, collaborate with internal and external teams, and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline is required
- 2~3 Years of experience in IT, SOX Audit (Internal/External)
- Individual possesses expertise in various IT domains, including IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), Key Report and SOC1 validation and testing procedures
- A strong comprehension of the COSO Framework, ERP like NetSuite, MS Excel proficiency, Business process expertise, and risk management
- Self-starter organized and ability to work independently
- Effective prioritization when tasks priority conflicts
- Excellent Team Player, Great interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
- Passion to continuous learning, growth, improvement, and development
