What You Will Be Doing

Sourcing Analyst/Travel Admin will be responsible for handling various procurement activities and travel related queries across different teams, check for out of policy requests, prepare reports to present the management on the travel expenses. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making within the procurement department, which includes support analytics and project tracking for Indirect & capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects while being in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making within the procurement department, which includes support analytics and project tracking for Indirect & capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
• Participate in continuous process improvement projects to enhance procurement operations and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to procurement.
• Manage Chargepoint Travel & Entertainment program. With prior experience in managing and handling travel queries, web portal, and creating reports for travel expenses for the organization
• Flexibility and adaptability to support procurement operations as needed in a fast paced environment, collaborating effectively with business team members across various functions.
• Perform other duties as needed 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related discipline
• 3+ years relevant work experience as Sourcing Analyst.
• Prior experience in EV/Automotive environment is a plus 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Strong written and oral communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers
• Capable of taking an active role in process improvement and implementation
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure / time constaints
• Strong attention to details and ability to deal with exceptions
