Our international team is looking for a Technical Project Manager (f/m/x) for our office in Santiago, Chile, to manage our technical partners in the construction of energy projects.

Project Manager with an

Objectives
- Manage various technical partners constructing solar PV, energy efficiency projects (solar hot water, air conditioning, and LED), or electrical installations for ecoligo at the same time
- Ensure project work and progress are in alignment with schedules and take action if projects are delayed.
- Qualify new technical partners and their application documentation and onboard them to ecoligo
- Perform technical due diligence on design documents for solar PV projects, energy efficiency projects and electrical installations
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts and milestones with our technical partners
- Continuously communicate with all project stakeholders on project progress and manage escalation processes
- Carry out risk management of projects and partners to ensure possible liabilities are mitigated as early as possible
- Work closely with the technical partners on project implementation and perform commissioning acceptance to move projects into operations.
- Identify ad hoc solutions for project related issues that arise during implementation.
- Manage project documentation including meeting protocols, signed contracts, contract addendums, design changes, executed works, commissioning and punch list items.
- Report project status on a continuous basis to the client, ecoligo management and possible other stakeholders
- Follow-up on project performance after the installation and coordinate with technical partners to remedy malfunctions.
- Collaborate continuously with other project management, asset management, and sales teams to get a better understanding of the business and project requirements.
Your skills
- Having managed projects independently before
- Experience in the management and implementation of LV and MV electrical installations
- Knowledge and experience in the compliance of Chilean Electrical Code
- Experience in Solar PV project design, Solar PV design tools and engineering and commissioning of such projects
- Experience in the operation of PV and energy efficiency projects, specifically Air Conditioning, Solar Hot Water, and LED
- Experience in managing client communications during project implementation and operation
- Good understanding of energy systems, technical components of solar PV projects, load profiles, energy consumption behaviour, especially for commercial and industrial clients.
- Being able to manage multiple tasks and multiple stakeholders effectively without losing oversight.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Tools (Experience with Asana is a plus).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (English is our daily working language).
