The role
Our international team is looking for a Head of Finance (f/m/x) to lead and develop our global finance function across multiple entities in Germany (HQ), Africa and Latam. In this role, you will take full ownership of accounting, treasury, financial planning, reporting, compliance, and financial strategy, ensuring strong financial governance and enabling sustainable international growth.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and bring deep technical accounting expertise together with leadership excellence. You have already managed and developed teams, built robust financial processes, and successfully operated in an international, multi-entity structure.

Objectives
- Lead, manage and further develop a finance team of approximately five team members across accounting and treasury
- Oversee all accounting activities across our German headquarters and international entities in Africa and Latam, ensuring accuracy,complianceand consistency
- Oversee treasury operations, liquidity planning and cash flow management across multiple currencies andjurisdictions
- Own monthly,quarterlyand annual financial reporting, including consolidation and preparation of interim and year-end financial statements
- Ensureaccurateandtimelyintercompany reconciliation and standardized processes across all global entities
- Establish,maintainand continuously improve internal controls, accountingpoliciesand financial processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes and provide transparent performance analysis to management
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, investors,lendersand government authorities
- Ensure tax compliance across all entities in collaboration with external advisors
- Identifyfinancial risks (FX, liquidity, regulatory and operational) and implement mitigation strategies
- Contribute to and help shape the company’s financial and operational strategy to support sustainable international growth
- Act as the central point of contact for all finance-related topics within the organization, ensuring clarity,transparency and strong cross-functional collaboration
Your skills
- Strongexpertiseinaccounting andconsolidation in multi-entity, international environments
- Proven experience leading and developing finance teams
- Strongtreasury knowledge including liquidity planning, cashmanagementand FX exposure
- Hands-on mentalityand a strong resilience in facing changes
- Experience with budgeting,forecastingand financial performance analysis
- Strong understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements acrossjurisdictions
- Experience working with external auditors, taxadvisorsand financial stakeholders
- Ability to design and improve finance processes and internal control frameworks
- Fluent in German and English (English is our daily working language and German isrequiredfor dealing with the tax and accountingenvironement).
- Leadership & People Management. Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, andmaintainaccountability while creating a supportive and productive work environment.
