As a member of the digital transformation team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the company to design and implement the SAP S4 HANA platform. As a Service Specialist, you will:
Ensures exceptional post-sales service and support for our valued clients. Provides technical assistance, coordinates service activities and maintains strong customer relationships. Enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
· Customer Relationship Management: Define link between Fluence/s CRM system and SAP S4/Hana for service sales.
· Technical Support: Define and implement required process steps and interfaces between SAP4/Hana and Fluence Service It-Tools for technical customer support and troubleshooting in service maintenance.
· Parts and Service Coordination: Define and implement required IT and process interfaces for Parts and Service Coordination aiming towards a coordination of the procurement and delivery of necessary parts for repairs
· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement relating to the link of the SAP S4/Hana application within the after-market service
· Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct internal training sessions SAP s4/Hana application and monitor implementation of best practices

What does the ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
Bachelor’s degree in Business 8+ years of experience in after-market service and support, preferably in Energy industry. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks. Knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office tools like Excel, Word is a plus.
