What You Will Be Doing

Senior Technical Support Representative will provide second level technical and network problem resolution for escalated driver concerns by diagnosing issues and engineering solutions for specific and general use cases. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to troubleshooting network connectivity issues, validating and confirming charging station activities, troubleshooting home charging stations, verifying and applying proper software configurations, clearly communicating technical solutions in a user friendly, professional manner to both internal and external customers.

 

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Candidate will work through and resolve escalated Driver Support and ChargePoint Home Support cases using Salesforce.
  • Candidate will research complex technical issue to determine a proper resolution.
  • Must communicate to ChargePoint customers in a clear, concise and easy to understand method both verbally and in writing.
  • Must communicate complex concepts in easily digestible communications both verbally and in writing.
  • Candidate will be able to analyze complex situations and determine the best and most logical path forward.
  • Candidate will have excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and advanced analytical and locial thinking skills for complex issue resolution between hardware and software components
  • Candidate can work independently and be able to guide self in accomplishing work objectives
  • Candidate will set high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
  • Candidate will track ongoing customer issues through to ensure proper resolution.
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures.
  • Candidate must have strict attention to detail

Requirements

  • Three years previous experience in an advanced support role
  • Strong commitment to customer focused support
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • English Languague proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Able to learn new skills and tasks quickly
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Jira experience preferred
  • Prior experience in the EV industry a plus
  • Familiarty with EVs and EV charging a plus
