As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Dimensional Engineering & Vehicle Packaging teams, you'll be at the heart of Zoox’s vehicle development, driving seamless collaboration between our Vehicle Package and Dimensional Engineering teams. From early concept to final launch, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our groundbreaking autonomous vehicle meets the highest standards of geometric compatibility, precision, and manufacturability. Working alongside world-class engineers, you'll help bring our vision to life—ensuring every millimeter of the Zoox robot is optimized for performance, efficiency, and user experience. Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $179,000 to $224,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

Develop, manage, and track project plans, schedules, and processes to ensure key deliverables for the Geometric Integration team stay on trackDefine project scope, objectives, and measurable outcomes that align with business needs and engineering milestonesCoordinate efforts across teams, ensuring leaders have the right insights to make informed decisionsLead issue resolution discussions to identify root causes, align stakeholders, and drive solutions to keep development moving forwardProactively implement contingency plans to handle scope shifts, unexpected challenges, and project delaysQualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or a related field, driving complex projects from concept to productionDeep expertise in the product development lifecycle, with a focus on design for manufacturability (DFM) and supply chain integrationAutomotive OEM experience, especially in vehicle development and launchBonus Qualifications
Hands-on experience with CAD, PLM tools, and engineering change management processesUnderstanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principlesProficiency in program management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar, with experience in Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management methodologies (PMP, CSM is a plus)
