What You'll Do

At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:

Salesforce Project Leadership

Lead multiple Salesforce development projects and integrations.

Understand the business context and gather requirements.

Design and develop end-to-end solutions.

Find and promote best practices, ensuring security.

Integrate, test, and deploy solutions.

Salesforce Expertise and Collaboration

Build solutions using APEX, VisualForce, Lightning Components, APIs, and other Salesforce components.

Provide expertise and recommendations on Salesforce solutions.

Support cross-systems integrations across Salesforce and other technologies.

Partner with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and an excellent user experience.

Identify opportunities to innovate and improve business processes with Salesforce.com.

Who You Are

You understand Salesforce-related technologies and how to leverage them for business impact

You enjoy understanding the business context, working with stakeholders, and then collaborating to translate business needs into solutions that provide business value

You have a strong customer focus

You demonstrate respect and dignity for all people at all times

You are comfortable working in a fast-pace, rapidly evolving start-up environment

You are a strong team player but are also capable of driving and delivering projects without clear and explicit direction

You have strong written and verbal communication

You exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

You produce results in a collaborative manner

Experience You'll Need

Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Four years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or a Software Engineer with a focus on Salesforce

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, API integrations and middleware, and other Salesforce development tools

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
