What you'll do:

  • Provide world’s best of the best in customer service rivaling any industry
  • Understand, and execute all parts department daily requirements that include but are not limited to ordering, receiving, shipping, parts returns, and daily counts
  • Operating a forklift in order to load and unload parts
  • Conduct and Execute audits
  • Ensure that parts processes are communicated, and administered in compliance with Rivian's objectives
  • Work in partnership with peers regularly on implementing and constantly improving parts operations
  • Possibility of Assisting different locations as needed
  • Follow and promote Rivian's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Maintain process to track KPI’s at the Service Centers parts department
  • Utility player, assisting other functions as needed
  • Responsible to develop and effectively manage inventory for Service Parts and Accessories for the Service Center

What you'll need

Education/Experience:

  • HS Diploma or GED or similar
  • 5+ Customer Facing Service, material handling / inventory management or equivalent experience in a Fast-Paced Environment (automotive experience preferred)

  • Utiliser un chariot élévateur à fourche afin de charger et décharger les pièces
  • Conduire et exécuter des audits
  • S’assurer que les processus relatifs aux pièces sont communiqués, et administrés conformément aux objectifs de Rivian
  • Travailler régulièrement en partenariat avec ses pairs pour mettre en œuvre et améliorer constamment les opérations relatives aux pièces détachées
  • Possibilité d’aider différents sites selon les besoins
  • Suivre et promouvoir les normes élevées de Rivian en matière de sécurité, de propreté et d’organisation
  • Maintenir le processus de suivi des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) au département des pièces des centres de service
  • Être polyvalent, aider d’autres fonctions selon les besoins
  • Responsable du développement et de la gestion efficace des stocks de pièces et d’accessoires de service pour le centre de service

  • Rester flexible et s’adapter aux conditions changeantes
  • Excellente attitude, personnalité énergique, excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à s’épanouir dans un environnement au rythme rapide
  • Très bonnes compétences en communication
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
  • Connaissance pratique des programmes Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Outlook 

Éducation/Expérience : 

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou diplôme de formation générale ou similaire 
  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle, la manutention/la gestion des stocks ou une expérience équivalente dans un environnement au rythme rapide (expérience dans le secteur automobile de préférence)
