Senior HR Generalist (80% - 100%) remote + onsite

Deine täglichen Aufgaben:

Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Mitarbeiter während ihres gesamten Beschäftigungszeitraumes (Onboarding, Veränderungen, Performance, Abwesenheiten, Offboarding usw.)
Du fungierst als (Beratende) Schnittstelle zu unserem internationalen People Business Partner Team – zur Gewährleistung von einheitlichen Prozessen.
Du stellst fundierte Informationen zu den Themen Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht in Deutschland bereit und dokumentierst diese für das gesamte People Team
Du überwachst und gewährleistest die Datenqualität in unserem HRIS System Workday
Du agierst als Treiber für Prozessverbesserungen für alle Nutzergruppen in unserer HRIS Plattform Workday
Du bist verantwortlich für administrative Prozesse wie Vertragsmanagement und Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Vorschriften (z. B. Verhaltenskodex, Exportkontrolle)
Du bietest unseren Mitarbeitern eine außergewähnliche und konsistente Kundenerfahrung – persönlich und über unser Ticket-System
Du unterstützt die Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
Du baust eine Wissensbank auf über interne Tools, zur Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern, einschließlich interner Informationsquellen
Du beteiligst dich an der Leitung von Projekten

Dein Profil:

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Internationale HR-Erfahrung wünschenswert
Umfassende Erfahrung im Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht in Deutschland
Erfahrung in internationalen Relocation-, Visa- und Arbeitserlaubnisprozessen von Vorteil
Kenntnisse der HRIS-Plattform (z.B. Workday oder ähnliche HR-Cloud-Plattformen)
Hervorragende Fähigkeit, verfügbare Daten zu interpretieren und sie für Entscheidungen zu nutzen
Ausgeprägter Sinn für Kundenservice und gute Fähigkeit, zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen aufzubauen
Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Liebe zum Detail, Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt
Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen internationalen Arbeitsumfeld – Start up.
Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
