About This Role:
Join Crusoe’s Finance team, playing a key role in supporting our dynamic, growing digital infrastructure business, including pipeline projects and operational assets. You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement, with a specific focus on AI-driven data center infrastructure. The Senior Financial Analyst role is expected to make significant contributions to enable senior leaders and executives to make business decisions, and will also provide crucial support on the Digital Infrastructure deal side. We're seeking a results-driven professional with 3-6 years of experience in FP&A. Experience in real estate or infrastructure development projects is a plus. Strong financial modeling skills are required. This role is required to be in office 5 days per week.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with Finance and relevant stakeholders to create capital budgets for data center projects. Prepare the annual budget and monthly forecasts (at both the consolidated and project levels), ensuring timely tracking, performance analysis, and communications.
Board Materials and Executive Reporting: Create and deliver monthly and quarterly executive reports, funding requests, board materials, and investor updates.
Financial Analysis: Build financial models to lead cost analysis and continuously monitor financial performance to identify risks and opportunities for profitability & cash flow profile improvements, among other insights
Capital Raise Support: Support the strategic finance team with the creation of models, presentations, and diligence materials for fundraising events, including equity and debt.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as connective tissue between digital infrastructure business teams & leadership to shape financial decisions, drive thoughtful analysis, identify trends, and offer actionable recommendations
Process Improvement: Improve and/or identify tools to streamline planning and reporting processes, create dashboard metrics for internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Experience & Education: 3-6 years of FP&A, corporate finance experience across real estate, industrial, energy, or infrastructure. Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA a plus.
Financial Expertise: Advanced skills in financial modeling & analyses, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analyses, and solid understanding of key financial concepts such as three statements, return metrics such as IRR and MOIC, EBIT and NOI.
Deal Support: Proven experience in supporting complex financial deals.
Process Improvement: Proven ability to drive process enhancements and improve reporting accuracy.
Work Ethic: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, while maintaining high-quality output under pressure.

Compensation:
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $136,125 - $165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
