Zoox is seeking a Senior Vehicle Integration Engineer to join our Vehicle System Integration engineering team. The Zoox Vehicle EE Architecture Team develops power distribution, network topologies, system infrastructure and system designs to create optimal autonomous robotaxi. In this role you will help develop electrical and electronic system architecture designs, best practices, and validation procedures for Zoox's ground-up autonomous vehicles. You will work with engineering leaders from various domains to capture their needs for low-voltage load and system management, and integrate these designs into the robotaxi. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as you'll work with vehicle integration, firmware, and vehicle component development teams to deliver solutions.
We are looking for an engineer that is passionate about developing a ground breaking Robotaxi, has a strong system engineering background, has extensive vehicle network design experience, has system problem-solving skills, and has a commitment to deliver on time.
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $167,000 to $250,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.

In this role, you will:
