Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do
- Develop detailed electrical system requirements based on design and functional needs and
requirements. Complete design layouts; use simulations and tests to ensure designs work.
- Design power supply, processor, communication architectures and select MCU implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize design and validate design requirements for
eVTOL performance.
What You Need:
- Master’s degree Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related.
- 4 years in the job offered or as a Hardware or Electrical Engineer or related.
- Experience to include a skill set in hardware design, power supply design, PCB layout/board
design with bring-up/validation, design/verification for prototypes and products. Skilled using oscilloscopes, serial data analyzers, and signal generators.
- 5% domestic travel required.
