Job Summary
Regrow is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager who will drive Regrow’s performance marketing strategy which includes new logo demand generation and customer marketing. You will lead a Regrow’s strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization of all paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, and customer journeys to achieve our ambitious objectives. You need to bring a strategic orientation to demand generation and have previously worked in an Enterprise B2B SaaS motion which employs advanced ABM plays to connect with our key personas and establish intrigue to start and / or continue a relationship with the GTM team.  You can design integrated programs that map to buyer pain points and which also consider market and competitive forces. You have strong capabilities in marketing campaign planning, content strategy, storytelling, and managing/evaluating creative products to support demand generation efforts.

What you will do

  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships and groups outside of the GTM team to design high-impact programs and drive effective collaboration in the process. 
  • Collaborate extensively with your key stakeholders in marketing, to include product marketing, event marketing and content teams to identify and develop assets for key personas at each stage of buyer’s journey
  • Close partnership with Event marketing to ensure leads are driven to the sales team pre, during and post events in a timely manner 
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement at each stage of the buyer’s journey, including email, webinars, paid advertising, SEO, and SEM
  • Manage the placement of all paid media to ensure optimal performance within given budget allocations.
  • Monitor and report on results from campaigns, including awareness/engagement metrics, MQLs and pipeline revenue generation
  • Develop and manage email nurture programs using content. Set up behavioral based emails using our marketing automation workflows
  • Assist in website improvements for increased user behavior, using our website as a marketing channel
  • Own onsite forms and implement changes to increase conversions
  • Leverage the marketing technology stack required for successful execution of ABM and programmatic demand gen initiatives.
  • Evaluate the current Marketing technology stack to identify the correct mix of marketing technology based on business needs and budget. 
  • Operational efficiency is a must, with clear understanding of demand generation metrics, marketing automation program execution, and campaign reporting.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years experience in Demand Generation with exposure to handling Marketing Operations is a strong plus 
  • Experience with Hubspot is required with exposure to Marketo being a plus as we’re evaluating our tech stack for scale 
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams while building, carrying out, and scaling demand strategy
  • Proven experience developing, managing, and delivering successful, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns from conception through implementation, measurement, and analysis. 
  • Consistent track record of using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Deep experience in outbound demand generation including paid search, content syndication, podcasts, email marketing, landing page optimization, social media, and
  • Webinars
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with sales, sales ops, finance, business operations, and all marketing functions. 
  • Experience with marketing dashboard/report development, delivery, and analysis including leveraging data from multiple sources.
