What You Will Do
Identify Sales Opportunities: Develop target account lists across multiple European industry segments to drive new sales.Collaborate on Go-To-Market Strategies: Work with the GTM team to design sales and marketing programs that build a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with our ideal customer profile. Engage with Prospects: Partner with subject matter experts to understand prospects’ business requirements and recommend how Regrow’s platform can meet their needs.Lead Presentations and Demos: Confidently conduct technical presentations and demos that clearly articulate Regrow’s value proposition, even during early-stage engagements without a dedicated Sales Engineer. Become an Industry Expert: Develop deep expertise in your assigned industry and effectively communicate how our suite of products can achieve the desired outcomes for various stakeholders.Focus on the Customer Journey: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with prospects, positioning yourself and Regrow as indispensable partners throughout the sales cycle.Drive Post-Sale Engagement: Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sale to long-term customer growth. Adapt and Innovate: Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement and adapt quickly to market feedback and evolving business needs. Be the Voice of the Customer: Represent your segment by sharing market insights, opportunities, and challenges with senior leadership.Network Extensively: Attend industry events and conferences to engage with prospective accounts and expand your professional network.Qualifications
10+ years of enterprise-level sales experience, preferably with a land-and-expand strategy.A hunter’s mindset combined with a farmer’s ability to nurture long-term customer relationships.Eagerness to learn and adapt within the agriculture and agtech sectors.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience closing six-figure deals in complex sales cycles (90+ days). Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus.Agriculture or agtech experience is an advantage but not required.
