  • Project Sizing: Conducting initial project intake and, in partnership with the Creative Director, assigning a "tier" to projects (sizing).

  • Feedback Mastery: Setting clear agendas and capturing + synthesizing feedback from major meetings and working with the Creative Director to define the next steps (the "here’s what we heard and here’s what’s happening" follow-up).

  • Diverse Project Management: Supporting the execution of a broad range of creative work, including digital activations, print, social, website, events, conference booths, internal marketing materials, brand guidelines, and physical space design.

  • Original Content Production Oversight: Working closely with the Creative Director to manage video and photo shoots.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Industry Experience: A background at top-tier tech companies (Apple, Google, Meta) or Agency background working in big tech, AI startups, or big agencies. "big agencies that work with tech companies".

  • Tool Proficiency: Heavy experience using Jira & Adobe Creative Suite

  • Fearless Communication Style: The ability to ask "hard questions" to seek clarity and facilitate seamless communication.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI natives or data-driven creative projects.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional feedback.

  • Ability to lead and mentor junior producers.

Benefits:

  • Industry competitive pay

  • Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company

  • Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents

  • Employer contributions to HSA accounts

  • Paid Parental Leave
