Crusoe is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to lead the configuration, optimization, and daily administration of our key Customer Relationship Management platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Gainsight. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure scalable, user-friendly systems that drive go-to-market success.
This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and strong stakeholder engagement. You will be a system owner and trusted partner, driving improvements that make our revenue teams more effective and our customer data more actionable.
CRM Administration: Maintain stability, data integrity, and performance across all CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Manage system requests and tickets, resolve bugs, and process user access and configuration changes.
Stakeholder Partnership: Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify process gaps and translate needs into scalable solutions.
Customization & Enhancements: Design and implement platform customizations and automation workflows that align with business needs.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain system documentation, process diagrams, and user training content to promote adoption and best practices.
System Upgrades: Manage CRM release cycles—review new features, coordinate testing, and deploy updates into production.
Integration Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to support integrations between CRM and other business systems such as ERP and Marketing Automation.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on CRM OKRs and ensure system health metrics are aligned with business goals.
Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on CRM trends, tools, and certifications to inform platform decisions.
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Administrator or in a similar systems-focused role
3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong understanding of CRM processes: lead, opportunity, contact, and account management
Experience managing data integrity, system upgrades, and platform integrations
Excellent communication skills—able to work across teams and explain technical concepts simply
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to changing priorities
Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) and documentation platforms
Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus

Compensation will be paid in the range of $155,000 – $185,000 per year + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors including location, candidate experience, and alignment with internal equity and market benchmarks.
