Fluence is embarking on a digital transformation journey to enable the company's mission to create a sustainable, clean-energy future for future generations. Global ERP implementation will be at the core of the transformation and will be a strategic companywide initiative.
We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our digital transformation team. As a member of the digital transformation team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the company to design and implement the SAP S4 HANA platform. Role Description
Drives revenue growth by leveraging their expertise in sales strategies and client engagement. Responsible for
acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, promoting Fluence Energy’s products or services. Collaborates
closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to the overall success of
the organization.

Responsibilities
· Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and target potential commercial clients within the assigned
territory or industry vertical. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
· Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions that align with client needs.
· Product Knowledge and Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively
articulate their value proposition to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to
maintain a competitive edge.
· Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to
client requirements. Conduct negotiations and handle objections to close deals in a mutually beneficial
manner.
· Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM software. Provide
regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
· Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends,
customer needs, and potential growth opportunities. Proactively seek out new business leads and
partnerships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • 10+ years of successful experience in commercial sales or related roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of Energy industry is a plus.
