What You Will Be Doing

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the Sales Operations team directly contributing to the growth of our business by supporting quote to cash processes and sales system enhancements. You will collaborate with a variety of functions and take a proactive role in executing the following responsibilities: 

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Support sales and sales operations through day-to-day troubleshooting of process, system or training related issues and own those issues through to complete resolution.  
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Participant in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure there is no impact to users. 
• Document sales processes and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement product & pricing changes.
•  Help manage data integrity, reporting and dashboards in Salesforce. 
• Ad hoc projects to be assigned 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years' experience in a sales operations role.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.  
• Ability to work without supervision in fast-paced high-tech environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. 
• Excellent written and communication skills.
