Senior Manager Service Provision Europe

What You Will Be Doing

You are responsible for the administrative processing of orders and deliveries. You will create new customers, process enquiries from existing customers and create Jira tickets.

You will be responsible for monitoring all processes and work closely with other departments.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

•  Processing orders and customer enquiries via Zendesk
• Creating and processing inventory topics and creating customer accounts in Salesforce
• Processing orders and delivery notes
• Processing customer enquiries
• Monitoring of orders
• Communicating with internal and external partners
• Recording deadlines, licence changes and carrying out cancellations
• Creating and processing Jira tickets for existing customers
• Close collaboration with Customer Success
• Support in the preparation of offers 

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce is an advantage
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Affinity for e-mobility and sustainability topics
• Analytical and systematic thinking and behaviour
