Rainmaker is seeking a dependable and hardworking Runner to support logistics and vehicle development operations. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position based in El Segundo, California.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys being on the move and takes pride in getting things done. The Runner will spend significant time driving company vehicles for local, regional, and occasional interstate trips transporting equipment, components, and vehicles. When not driving, the role supports hands-on shop and vehicle work, assisting the engineering and operations teams with assembly, preparation, and general technical tasks.

We are looking for someone reliable, mechanically capable, and willing to work hard in a dynamic startup environment where the day’s priorities can change quickly and the work directly supports real-world operations.
