Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remarketing Operations Intern to support the development and execution of our European used car programs, including trade-in and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in automotive remarketing, cross-functional collaboration, and operational process design within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building workflows for vehicle intake, including trade-ins, lease returns, and buybacks.
- Support pricing and valuation analysis for pre-owned vehicles using market data and internal tools.
- Help maintain inventory tracking and reporting dashboards in Salesforce and Excel.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth remarketing operations.
- Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing inspection and refurbishment documentation.
- Research competitive used car programs and industry best practices to inform Lucid’s strategy.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on program performance and operational KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in the automotive industry and sustainability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
